Our Fees

  • Our Costs - £1,250.00*
  • Bank Transfer Fees - £35.00
  • Payment of Stamp Duty and Submission of Land Transaction Form - £75.00
  • Postage, printing, copying and telephone - £45.00
  • Preparation of Report on Title and reporting to you - £105.00
  • VAT on the above charges at 20%

  • *The fees may vary upwards depending on the value of the property and complexity of the matter.

    If the matter becomes unusually difficult or time consuming, you will be notified and additional fees may be payable and charged at the hourly rate of £120.00 plus VAT.

    If the matter does not proceed to completion after searches have been made there will be a fee payable of £150.00 plus VAT and disbursements incurred on your behalf.

    If exchange and completion take place on the same day there will be an additional fee payable of £100.00 plus VAT. If there is a mortgage to be redeemed, there will be an additional fee of £125.00 plus VAT and bank transfer fee of £42.00

These are the costs related to your transaction that are payable to third parties. Please see the likely disbursements below.
The above fee does not include obtaining copies of any planning permissions or other documents requested by the Purchaser's solicitors.

  • VAT on the above charges at 20%

  • *The fee does not include arranging indemnity insurance for lack of building regulations consent, obtaining copies of any planning permissions or other documents requested by the purchaser’s solicitors.

    This is an estimate of our likely fees and disbursements. The fees may vary upwards depending on the value of the property.Providing the transaction is straightforward it will be adhered to. If the matter becomes unusually difficult or time consuming additional fees may be payable and charged at the hourly rate of £120.00 plus VAT.

    If you are selling an unregistered property there will be an additional fee of £175.00 plus VAT and additional copying charges of £40.00 plus VAT.

    If the matter relates to a registered property and does not proceed to completion there will be a fee payable of £100.00 plus VAT and disbursements. If the property is unregistered, then the fee will be £275.00 plus VAT instead.


Disbursements

These are the costs related to your transaction that are payable to third parties. The above fee does not include obtaining copies of any planning permissions or other documents requested by the Purchaser's solicitors.


Additional Services

  • Transfers of Equity- £610.00 + VAT
  • First Registration of property - £650 + VAT
  • Assents – transfer of property on death - £625.00 + VAT
  • Deeds of Variation - £575.00 + VAT
  • Declarations of Trust - £575.00 + VAT
